Shipments are normally prepared and sent within four business days. The arrival time of any given shipment ultimately depends upon destination and method of shipping. We insure against loss automatically. However, damage insurance is also available but at an additional cost. Please note -damage insurance is not available everywhere. Prints are shipped in a mailing tube for safest arrival. Should you wish to purchase your print 'framed', Mia Lane Gallery has a professional, on site, quality framing service available. Please contact us for details. What does shipping cost? Mia Lane Gallery can ship by courier or regular post. Given the significant variation in shipping costs, we must know what product you wish to purchase, the exact shipping address in detail including the postal or zip code, your preferred method of shipping and a telephone number where we can reach you during regular business hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you have thirty (30) days to return your purchase to Mia Lane. We will fully refund the price of the product minus the original shipping charges and will pay the return shipping costs only when the item has been returned per our instructions.
